Registration Receipt Form for a Foreign EU Driving Licence

Below is a copy of the form given by Trafico as a receipt after a foreign EU Driving Licence has been registered at Trafico.  The owner reports that when he did it in February of this year (2006), he received his original UK licence back the same day.  He went to Trafico to carry out the procedure.
